Part comedy, part theater, and partly a take-no-prisoner's test of an actor's ability to think extemporaneously, TheatreSports involves actors taking suggestions from the audience and spinning them into short skits or full plays, often with hilarious results. Since moving to the Arts Club Stage, Vancouver's TheatreSports leaguers have had to reign in their normally raunchy instincts for the more family-friendly audience -- except, that is, for Friday and Saturday at 11:45pm, when the Red-Hot Improv show takes the audience into the R-rated realm. Shows are Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30pm and Friday and Saturday at 8, 10, and 11:45pm.
Weekends C$15 (US$11) adults, C$12 (US$9) seniors and students; weeknights C$13 (US$9.75) adults, C$9.75 (US$7.30) seniors and students.
