Stop early in the evening at this block-long, block-wide compound, billed as "the largest gay complex in the world," and you might never get to the Village's other attractions. Open 24 hours, it incorporates a 37-room hotel, a sauna, the Club Back Track and Le Zone discos, a theater, a wedding chapel, an ice cream parlor, and several bars and restaurants. One of the latter is the 24-hour Le Club Sandwich, a hyperventilating take on a 1950s diner with lots of neon and glass block. The signature edibles are huge, with slabs of bread as thick as a couple of fingers and fillings just a thick. The large terrace is a prominent Village gathering place. Rooms in the Hôtel Bourbon cost from C$95 to C$230 (US$68-US$164), depending on the season.
