NIGHTLIFE: THE CLUB & MUSIC SCENE Frommer
Insomnia

Here's a radical new path -- a liquor-free music club. Whiskey, beer, wine, and cordials are served, but none of them contain alcohol. And patrons who arrive to sober up after a night of drinking elsewhere are offered a drive home for a small fee. There's a menu of pressed sandwiches and other treats, as well as a large selection of coffees. A program with performances from various schools of jazz is served up during the day, with a segue to funkier forms in the evening.
