This is yet another creation of the high-profile chef-entrepreneur David McMillan, who is also responsible for the restaurants Buona Notte, Globe, and Rosalie. This place is as popular with the beautiful and powerful folk as McMillan's other establishments, which are primarily eateries. Though this place also serves food, Time gives also gives the fabulous crowd a chance to get up from their tables and work off the calories to rock and house that pounds on 'til closing at 3am. The waitstaff is startlingly attractive. Dress well, look good, and approach the door with confidence. They are open Wednesday through Saturday, starting at 7pm; dancing usually gets going around 11pm.
