CURRENCY CONVERTER

Whoever christened this place was having a little joke: its name means both "April Fool" and "April Fish." Nevertheless, nautical trappings that include model ships, marine prints, and mounted sailfish make the real intent clear. The dinner menu, which changes daily, is packed with seafood, including some combinations of costly crustaceans responsible for the stiffer prices noted below. Two of these are the crowded bouillabaisse, which comes with half a lobster, and a special platter laden with snow crabs, giant shrimp, glossy sea scallops, mussels, and another half-lobster. Mixed grill and pastas are also on the menu. Lunch is a more modest event, with land-based dishes, pastas, and individual pizzas. In good weather, there's a covered dining terrace.

Main courses C$15-C$43 (US$10-US$31); table d'hôte lunch C$9.95-C$16 (US$7.10-US$12), dinner C$23-C$50 (US$16-US$36).Open: Mon-Fri 11am-2pm and 5-10pm; Sat-Sun 5-10pm.Reservations suggested.
