Ten minutes downhill from the north facade of Sacré-Coeur, this bistro à vins has flourished since 1980 as an outlet for wines produced in the Loire Valley. Artists, vendors, and office workers come here, linked by an appreciation of wine, costing 3€ to 5€ per glass, and the plats du jour, costing 9.50€ to 14€.
