CURRENCY CONVERTER

This is the original Hard Rock. Since it was established in 1971, more than 12 million people have eaten here. Just like every other Hard Rock Cafe, there's usually a line (or in this case, a queue) of people waiting to get in, plus an equally long line of people buying T-shirts. You'll find better-than-average burgers and a good selection of beers here. The collection of rock memorabilia at the original is a far sight better than the collections at later facsimiles. The restaurant also accepts U.S. dollars.

Main courses £7-£12 ($11-$19).Open: Mon-Thurs and Sun 11:30am-12:30am; Fri-Sat 11:30am-1am.Dec. 25-26.Reservations not accepted.Credit Cards: AE, DC, MC, V.Tube: Green Park or Hyde Park Corner.
