CURRENCY CONVERTER

In a restored 18th-century building with a balcony overlooking King's Square, this popular local hangout suits diners on a variety of budgets. You can come here for sandwiches and English pub fare, such as fish and chips or shepherd's pie. The more formal areas serve some very expensive fish dishes, mostly based on the catch of the day. Linen tablecloths and subdued lighting at night enhance the elegant atmosphere. Red snapper is grilled and served with passion-fruit sauce. Wahoo often appears in a coconut curry, and pan-seared tuna has a tangerine flavor. Portions are very large, judging from our Angus beef and rack of lamb. The salads, including Greek, avocado, Caesar, Chef's, Mexican, and seafood, are among the best in St. George.

Sandwiches $8-$16; vegetarian dishes $9-$16; meat dishes $19-$38; seafood $20-$36.Open: Daily 11am-3am.Reservations recommended.Credit Cards: MC, V.Bus: 7.
