Noted local artist Ronnie Chameau, known throughout the island for her charming handmade dolls, crafts doll-shaped ornaments from such natural objects as banana leaves, hazelnuts, and grapefruit leaves, gathered from her own and her friends' gardens. Each ornament has a unique personality and comes individually boxed and gift-wrapped. The small dolls are reasonably priced. Ms. Chameau also creates dolls wearing authentic 19th-century costumes, as well as wooden doorstops designed to look like Bermuda cottages.
