This is a quiet spot infused with Gallic charm. In a turn-of-the-20th-century town house, La Bodega is a short walk from the Art Gallery of Ontario. The two dining rooms have fireplaces, and tapestries and gilt-framed mirrors line the walls. The menu is traditional French, with a focus on meats. Grilled beef tenderloin soaks up cognac sauce, and duck breast mixes well with wild blueberries. The wine list boasts some Bordeaux grandes dames, and there's a nice mix of Ontario vintages, too.
