Centaur Theatre

A former stock-exchange building (1903) is home to Montréal's principal English-language theater. A mix of classics, foreign adaptations, and works by Canadian playwrights is presented. A sampling of past productions includes Proof, Copenhagen, Cabaret, and The Cripple of Inishmaan. Off season, the recently refurbished theater is rented out to other groups. Performances are held October to June. Box office hours are noon to 5pm.
