Elegant enough for a romantic dinner, yet welcoming to the casual commuter in search of a stylish lunch or sit-down snack, Traxx features a menu with the same cosmopolitan flavor as the station itself. Samples range from "small plates" of ahi tuna napoleon with crispy wonton or "Really Good" (and they are) crab cakes with a chipotle kick, to main dishes like grilled salmon with a Mediterranean flair or the much-talked-about Gorgonzola-crusted beef tenderloin presented atop crispy and mashed potatoes surrounded by a pool of demi-glace/herb reduction.
