Guitarist Andy Summers, formerly of the Police and later the music director for the short-lived Dennis Miller Show, does gigs now and again. The valley location is a few blocks from Universal City at 3787 Cahuenga Blvd., North Hollywood (tel. 818/980-1615; www.thebakedpotato.com).
