You won't find many locals in the place, but Lou's happens to be good, old-fashioned fun. It's a casual spot where you can let your hair down with Cajun seafood (downstairs) and live blues bands (upstairs). Major happy hour specials (Mon-Fri 5-7pm) and a vacation attitude make the place one of the more, um, jovial spots near the wharf. There's a $3 cover for the first band, which plays nightly from 4 to 7pm; the second, which comes on at 9pm, will cost you $5-$10.
