This is not your grandfather's steakhouse. Sure, you can order the same New York strip as at, say, the Palm, but at Kiss, you can also get a strip show with your strip steak. Yes, Kiss is a high-style, high-concept cabaret, with live entertainment that isn't necessarily as raw as you may like your meat, but it's certainly more sizzling than medium rare. The food is quite good here, especially the ridiculously priced Kiss exclusive magnum slow-roasted prime rib, served with a trio of sauces for $69.95, but you will be distracted by the circus-like atmosphere and cavalcade of club clowns who don't convene here for food, but for fanfare and, of course, lots of air kisses.

Main courses $22-$52.Open: Mon-Thurs 7pm-1am, Fri-Sat 7pm-2am. Lounge open until 3am weekdays, 4am weekends.Closed Sun.Reservations recommended.Credit Cards: AE, MC, V.
