Another theme restaurant? Sure, but this eclectic eatery is a respite from the usual suspects. Designed like a Spanish artist's loft, it offers performance or art experiences while you munch on any of dozens of tapas or appetizer-size mini-meals. Some of our favorites include the Cajun egg rolls filled with blackened chicken, corn, and cheddar and goat cheeses, served with chunky tomato salsa and Creole mustard; cracked black pepper-crusted, seared tuna sashimi with rice noodles and cold spinach in a sesame-soy vinaigrette; and alligator bites in pepper sauce. Sampling can be quite expensive, but the larger your party, the more dishes you can sample without going bust (usually two or three per person does the trick). There frequently is an artist bringing a canvas to life. Wine is available by the glass or bottle.

Tapas (small plates) $4-$11.Open: Sun-Thurs 11:30am-11pm; Fri-Sat 11:30am-midnight.Reservations not required.Credit Cards: AE, DC, DISC, MC, V.From I-4, take Exit 74A, Sand Lake Rd./Hwy. 528, east to International Dr., then south. It's on the left.Free self-parking.
