This stylish 2001 arrival has wonderful abstract artwork, as well as an enterprising menu that's a cut above many hotel restaurants. Although it caters to a business crowd, it offers an intimate adult atmosphere that's fine for travelers. Again, the menu changes with the wind, but it might feature peppercorn-seared breast of duck with grilled polenta, roasted Chilean sea bass with sweet corn custard and tomato cerviche, or venison chops with root vegetables and baked yams. The Boheme has a 2,000-bottle wine cellar with vintages from all over the world. The restaurant also has a Sunday jazz brunch (smoked salmon and other seafood, sushi, game, and chicken).
Main courses $7-$15 breakfast, $10-$17 lunch, $23-$35 dinner; Sun brunch $35.Open: Sun-Thurs 6am-10:30pm; Fri-Sat 6am-11:30pm.Reservations recommended.Credit Cards: AE, DC, DISC, MC, V.Take I-4 Exit 83A, West Robinson/Hwy. 526, then south on Orange. The garage is 2 blocks west on Jackson.Validated valet parking.
