The three dozen or so outlets here include Big Dog Sportswear, Casuals (Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger), Liz Claiborne, Fossil, Osh Kosh, and Reebok. Savings reach 75%, but most are much more modest, and this is the area's "abandon ship" outlet -- more stores have left than are staying aboard. Some of these, in fact, may be gone by the time you arrive.
