Dinner at Seeger's has been one of the most sought-after reservations in town since the doors opened late in 1997. And for good reason. It is the domain of internationally-recognized Guenter Seeger, the high priest of Atlanta cuisine, who worked his magic for 12 award-winning years at The Dining Room in Buckhead's Ritz-Carlton. Set in a converted cottage, this restaurant is as much about theater as it is about food. The setting is sleek yet simple, an uncluttered background for an elegant dinner, beautifully prepared and presented. Each prix-fixe meal is a series of little treasures from the kitchen, and the menu changes daily. Seasonal truffle menus are sometimes available. The wines are excellent, and the service is smooth and pampering. If you choose the chef's menu, which is served at the "chef's table," you have the added pleasure of glimpsing the master and his team creating in the kitchen.

Though the dress code is not formal, they do recommend that gentlemen wear jackets.
