Under the same ownership as Kapalua's Plantation House Restaurant , SeaWatch is a good choice from morning to evening, and it's one of the more affordable stops in tony Wailea. You'll dine on the terrace or in a high-ceilinged room, on a menu that carries the tee-off-to-19th-hole crowd with ease. From breakfast on, it's a celebration of island bounty, from the Maui onions on the bagels and lox to kalua pork and Maui onions in the scrambled eggs. We also like the crab cake Benedict with roasted pepper hollandaise. Lunchtime sandwiches, pastas, salads, wraps, and soups are moderately priced, and you get 360 degree views to go with them. The cashew chicken wrap with mango chutney is a winner, but if that's too Pan-Asian for you, try the tropical fish quesadilla or the grilled fresh-catch sandwich with Kula lime aioli. Save room for the bananas Foster.
Breakfast $3-$10; lunch $6.50-$12; dinner main courses $23-$28.Open: Daily 8am-10pm.Reservations required for dinner.Credit Cards: AE, MC, V.
