The owners of Cheeseburger in Paradise closed Aloha Cantina and replaced it with Woody's, a big improvement. You'll walk through an aloha-shirt shop to enter the open-air oceanfront room, where a wood-burning grill cooks fresh ono, mahimahi (with mango ginger butter), ribs, New York steak, and other surf-and-turf choices. Other options include sandwiches, such as an excellent blackened ahi with wasabi aioli, Cajun fish tacos, and coconut shrimp with sweet-and-sour sauce. The grilled opakapaka, with a lemon-caper-butter sauce and coconut shrimp, is $20 and very popular.
