On the heels of his remarkable success on Kauai, Bubba has sprouted in South Maui. Half-pound Big Bubbas, Budweiser chili, and Hubba Bubbas (with rice, hot dogs, and chili) are among the heroic offerings fueling the beach-going crowd from this roadside cafe in Kihei. Fish and chips, tempeh burgers, and fresh fish specials are among the offerings of this house of Bubba, where plate lunches, burgers, and attitude aplenty provide good grinds with irreverent entertainment.
