Old Daze

Nineteenth-century Americana and Hawaiian collectibles are nicely wedded in this charming shop. The collection features a modest furniture selection, Hawaiian pictures, 1960s ashtrays, Depression glass, old washboards, and souvenir plates from county fairs. Choices range from hokey to rustic to pleasantly nostalgic, with many items for the kitchen. Some recent finds: an 1850s German sideboard, a Don Blanding teapot, Royal Worcester china, antique kimono, and framed vintage music sheets. Owner Geni Dowling's love of nostalgia fills every corner of this tiny shop

7 North Market St, Close to Main St, Wailuku. Phone: 808/249-0014.
