The Hilton Chicago is the unlikely home of an authentically appointed Irish pub, with no detail spared, from the carved mahogany bar to the Guinness pints expertly poured by the Irish native bartenders here on a work exchange. Irish duos and trios get the conventioneers -- and even a few Irish guys talking about the latest soccer match -- to do a jig on the small dance floor. There's also a menu featuring such traditional selections as shepherd's pie and lamb stew.
