NIGHTLIFE: THE CLUB & MUSIC SCENE Frommer
Iridium

This well-respected and snazzily designed jazz club has relocated from its longtime perch across from Lincoln Center to an even better heart-of-the-Theater District location. Everything else remains the same, including the accomplished talent and big-name acts that always take the stage. Like the Energizer bunny, Les Paul keeps on going, still playing every Monday night. Other top-notch performers who often appear include Nicholas Payton, Mose Allison, McCoy Tyner, and Bobby Hutcherson, and the excellent Jazz Messengers. A full, rather sophisticated dinner menu is served.
