The crust is chewy, and your choice of toppings includes quality ham, pancetta, cheeses, and vegetables. Coppi's also makes all its pastas and ice cream in-house. Favorite dishes include pasta topped with baby artichoke pesto, bistecca with porcini mushrooms and pine nuts, and fresh ravioli stuffed and sauced with wine-braised beef.
