This pair of double-decked bars is less frenetic than the Monkey Bar, next door. There is a small disco upstairs in Vogue, and the pubby eatery Sherlock Holmes, below, has a pool table and dart board. Grad students and Gen-Xers spending the disposable income of first jobs make up most of the clientele.
