As the name implies, this tiny place, with just a handful of stools at the bar and a couple of cozy tables, is devoted almost exclusively to Oregon wines, and on any given night, there will be 30 Oregon pinot noirs available by the glass. Plenty of white wines, too. This is the best place in Portland to learn about Oregon wines.
