The menu highlights California-style dishes spiced with a dash of the Orient and Italy, presented in high form, such as the signature Caesar salad sculpted into a towering monument of romaine. The seasonally changing menu offers such cross-cultural creations as miso-marinated Chilean sea bass saddled with tempura kabocha squash and chanterelle mushrooms; and sesame-crusted hamachi with a shiitake mushroom dumpling.
