This rather grand, upscale restaurant is reminiscent of a stylish restaurant along the Côte d'Azur. French cuisine is served in a blue-and-ivory-colored antique house with a view of three artfully landscaped waterfalls in the garden. The tables are dressed with snowy cloths and Limogès china. At lunch, served on the covered terrace, you can choose from a number of salads as well as fish and meat courses. Dinner choices include fresh fish, such as snapper, salmon, or fresh-caught mahimahi with lemon-flavored coconut sauce; filet of duck with pineapple sauce; and fillets of lamb with Provençal herbs. Duck with mango or raspberries has always been a specialty, as has bouillabaisse. The cooking is grounded firmly in France, but there are Caribbean twists and flavors, which come as delightful surprises. The wine list has an extensive selection of imported French options at moderate prices. Many guests come here at sundown to enjoy the harbor view.

Main courses 10€-24€ lunch, 14€-32€ dinner.Open: Mon-Sat noon-2:30pm and 6-10pm.Closed Sept.Reservations recommended.Credit Cards: AE, DISC, MC, V.
