This is our favorite hotel within a reasonable distance of Marigot's commercial center. A three-story hotel that's centered around a soaring atrium festooned with live banana trees and climbing vines, it's within a cluster of buildings mostly composed of condominiums. Built in 1996, and painted in shades of blue and white, it's set midway between the open sea and the lagoon, giving all rooms water views. Inside, the decor is pure white, accented with varnished, dark-tinted woods and an inviting tropical motif. Each room contains a balcony, tile floors, native art, a private safe, and simple hardwood furniture, including a writing desk and comfortable beds. Bathrooms have showers and generous shelf space.
