Their famous onion soup and namesake specialty (grilled pig's feet with béarnaise sauce) still lure visitors, and where else in Paris can you get a good meal at 3am? Two other specialties are the tentation (temptation) platter, including grilled pig's tail, pig's snout, and half a pig's foot with béarnaise and frites (french fries), and andouillette (chitterling sausages) with béarnaise. Two flavorful but less unusual dishes are a jarret (shin) of pork, caramelized in honey and served on a bed of sauerkraut, and grilled pork ribs with sage sauce. On the street outside, you can buy some of the freshest oysters in town. The attendants will give you slices of lemon and you can down them on the spot.

Main courses 15€-29€.Open: Daily 24 hr.Reservations recommended for lunch and dinner hours.Credit Cards: AE, DC, MC, V.Métro: Les Halles.
