Centre Pompidou

Its premises combine a cellar-level disco with a street-level restaurant that bears two names. During the day, from 7:30am to around 8pm, it's known as La Bohème; from 8pm to 5:30am, it becomes a bit more formal and is called Les Coulisses. The food remains the same, with a prix-fixe menu at 32€. Most nighttime patrons eventually filter down to the disco, where the decor is a cross between a feudal château and a scene from the Italian Commedia dell'Arte. The crowd ranges in age from 20 to around 45.
