With a view as grand as its name, a seasonal menu, chefs and sommelier trained in France, and the famous Miyako service, this restaurant is a fine place for a romantic meal. The cuisine, which is French but draws on Asian ingredients for creative combinations, has included such interesting selections as an appetizer of goose liver on sautéed bean curd mixed with yams and scallops, mashed Chinese yams wrapped in bread, and roasted Canadian lobster. Only set menus are offered, but there are a variety of appetizers and main courses from which to choose. The wine list includes French, California, German, and Italian wines.
Set lunches ¥2,500-¥4,800; set dinners ¥5,800-¥10,000.
Open: Daily 11:30am-2pm and 5-10pm.
