This cheerful, comfortably crowded place offers pleasant rooftop dining with an ocean view if you're lucky enough to snag a seat. Those in the know go for great breakfasts--till 2pm on weekends, when there's a make-your-own bloody mary bar. Choices include skillets of huevos rancheros (eggs Mexican style) and breakfast burritos, French toast, and omelets.
