If you think San Francisco sports fans aren't as enthusiastic as those on the East Coast, try to get a seat at Green's during a 49ers game. It's a classic old sports bar, with lots of polished dark wood and windows that open onto Polk Street, but it's loaded with modern appliances (including a large-screen television and 10 smaller ones) and modern partyers (read: dot-commers and the mid-20s and -30s set). With 18 beers on tap, a pool table, and a late-night happy hour Sunday through Wednesday from 10pm to 2am, there are reasons to cheer here even when the home team's got a day off.
