In a city brimming with Mexican restaurants, the food here stands out. Open for more than half a century in the Five Points neighborhood, Tosh's has an easygoing atmosphere, and tile and redbrick decor. The reasonably priced combination plates feature one or two main dishes with rice and beans. You can't go wrong with enchiladas, burritos, or rellenos, and the margaritas are both tart and strong.
