With a half-dozen different kinds on the menu, this longstanding Far East Center eatery is a true noodle specialist. A steaming bowl of rice or wheat noodles comes with your choice of meat (chicken, beef, duck, shrimp, or pork) and you spice it to taste with lime, jalapeño, and assorted sauces. The wontons and soups are also quite good. The service is gracious, the ingredients fresh, and the end result is some of the most authentic ethnic cuisine you'll find in Denver.
