Herb's is a downtown bar with an atmosphere steeped in nostalgia. The checkerboard floors, dim lighting, lengthy bar, and intimate booths complement the bar's specialties: martinis, Cosmopolitans, and Manhattans, served with the icy remainder in a shaker. Herb's is a haven for the young and hip, with an emphasis on live jazz, rock, and blues, and regular DJs spinning records. Closed Monday.
