Wannabe flyboys and -girls can have all sorts of fantasies in this attraction, which takes guests to the days when earthlings, in this case pilots, went sky diving . . . because they had no other choice. The fun includes flying a fighter simulator outfitted with the sights, sounds, and (hang onto your lunch) motion of a World War II combat plane. Immersion experiences give you the feeling of flying through stratosphere clouds. Exhibits include a P-51C Mustang, an F3F Flying Barrel, a British Spitfire MK9, a Japanese Zero, and a replica of the Spirit of St. Louis. You also can tour an airplane restoration shop. Allow 2 to 3 hours.
