Opened in June 2000, this 440,000-square-foot center is the new kid in town. It's billed as Orlando's only upscale outlet, which may be true, thanks to a dearth of true outlets, premium or otherwise. It has 110 tenants, including Coach, Donna Karan, Kenneth Cole, Nike, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Timberland, and Tommy Hilfiger. Some of the best buys are at Banana Republic (jeans usually are marked down 50% from retail).
