This property combines the homey comforts of a condo apartment with the amenities of a hotel: daily maid service, bell service, front desk, coin-op laundry, a sundry store, and much more, including an enormous sixth-floor recreation deck complete with pool, tennis court, sauna, barbecue areas, snack bar, and a childrens play area--a great boon for families. Your entry to this two-tower, 38-story complex is through the open-air lobby with impressive lacquer artwork, hand-carved and hand-painted in Hong Kong. The units have full kitchens (refrigerator, oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, coffeemaker, and utensils), a comfortably furnished living room (with sofabed), and a separate bedroom with two double beds or a king. The bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding doors, which can be opened to make one big unit. The one we stayed in had an old-fashioned air conditioner in the wall, but it did the job, and we could control the temperature. The apartments open out to a fairly good-size lanai with chairs and a small table; theres a partial ocean view (buildings obstruct it).
