Nick Morrison has been cooking up burgers, chicken, barbecue ribs, and spectacular breakfasts since he opened Camp House Grill in 1988. This down-home country place is "the" place for breakfast, with everything from pancakes to biscuits and gravy to sweet-bread French toast to dozens of different omelets. If you get here before 8am, low-priced specials include scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast for $3. Lunch and dinner range from burgers to deep-fried chicken to fresh fish. (Prices are the same for lunch or dinner.) A kids' menu is available. In 1999, Morrison opened another branch, Camp House Grill and Bar, in the Kauai Village Shopping Center in Kapaa.

Breakfast $3.50-$7.95. Lunch and dinner $3.95-$16.Open: Daily 6am-9pm.
