Located in the elegant Stein Eriksen Lodge (see "Hotels"), this equally elegant restaurant serves innovative, impeccably prepared cuisine in a modern, airy dining room with views of the spectacular Wasatch Mountains. Breakfast offerings include French toast, pancakes, a fruit plate, and the Glitretind omelet (grilled onions, bacon, cheddar, and potatoes). For lunch, choose from the salad, sandwich, and pasta selections. At dinner, start with a chilled seafood cocktail or Russian caviar, then go for the grilled Atlantic swordfish, dry-aged New York strip in red wine, or the chef's nightly special of a wild game duo. Full liquor service is available.
Main courses $4-$15 breakfast, $7-$13 lunch, $21-$35 dinner.
Open: Daily 7-10am, 11:30am-2:30pm, and 6-9pm.
