Big Time, Seattle's oldest brewpub, is located in the University District and is done up to look like a turn-of-the-century tavern, complete with a 100-year-old back bar and a wooden refrigerator. The pub serves as many as 12 of its own brews at any given time, and some of these can be pretty unusual.
