A few times a year, the chefs cook an entire cow for a mesmerized dining room. The rest of the year, La Marca simply acts as the town's best parrilla, serving thick rump steaks, tenderloins, barbecued ribs of beef, flanks, and every other cut of meat you can think of. The tender filet mignon with mushroom sauce is delicious. Pork chops, sausages, sweetbread, black pudding, and other delights are on the menu as well. An extensive salad bar allows you to eat something other than protein. Service is polite and unhurried. Try the dulce de leche before you go.
