This very plain, but excellent, Japanese restaurant is a favorite among writers and actors in the area, and serves some of the best sushi in Santiago. The sashimi is wonderfully fresh, and they make creative rolls often made of tuna, which is not found in every sushi bar in Chile. The chef, a native of Japan, is also the owner.
