At this artificially created botanical wonder, you can see 154 specimens of plants that grow in The Bahamas. A special section is devoted to bush medicine, which is widely practiced by Bahamians (who have been using herbs and other plants to cure everything from sunburn to insomnia since the native Lucayans were here centuries ago). A guided tour starts at 10:30am and costs $6 per person.
Open: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm; Sat 9am-4pm.Admission $3 adults, $1.50 children.
