Theatermuseum
The Theater Museum occupies five side-by-side 17th-century canal houses. One of them, the Bartolotti House at No. 166, was built in 1618 by Pieter de Keyser, son of the noted church architect Hendrick de Keyser, and is famous for its red-brick gable. In the museum you will find costumes, maquettes, masks, puppets, photographs, paintings, and theatrical backdrops, covering all forms of theater. Children's workshops are held on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons.
