Alyeska Resort
Alyeska is where Olympic Gold Medalist Tommy Moe trained. There are 2 certified (International Ski Federation) downhill courses. Alyeska is World Class, with an average of 782 inches of snowfall every year. Alyeska has the only four diamond hotel in Alaska convienietly located with ski in/ski out access to the trails. This is the best place to ski and snowboard for anybody prone to altitude sickness, because the base elevation is only 250 feet.
